Credit/Debit Cards**. You Can pay by Cash, Bank Transfer or Card. Payment by Bank Transfer must be paid in full prior to treatment. Cash may be paid on the day of treatment. Payment with Credit/Debit cards can be paid on the day.

Please note:- In some areas where salons/clinics are located it may not be possible to pay by card if there is poor internet or phone signal. Alternative arrangements for payment will be made.

Cancellation Policy 

It is with regret that we have had to make a clear and simple cancellation policy because we are finding that a limited number of my clients are failing to meet their appointment or are arriving too late for the procedures to be carried out.

We have had several clients who have claimed to have cancelled their appointments but we have not received their messages.

This has caused some difficulty which I wish to avoid.

 It is unfair on my other clients to be kept waiting because I are running behind schedule.

Cancelations will only be accepted when sent by text to 07876744231.

 We reserve the right to refuse further appointments.

 We have expenses to meet at every salon & clinic where I work regardless of whether my clients turn up or not.

We hope that this makes my appointment system run more smoothly and there is no misunderstanding in future.
