The insertion stimulates the natural production of collagen and elastin. 

Threads, that are inserted into the skin encourage the body is stimulated the produce collagen and elastin around the framework of cogged threads. 

Over 2 to 24 months the threads naturally dissolve leaving a structure of collagen and elastin to support the skin.

 The threads have tiny cogs placed along the length of the thread to engage in the Dermis and are gently drawn back to help support the skin in its new position whilst the body replenishes the collagen and elastin.
