The prices are 'from' prices. Most clients will not require any extra services, I will always make you aware if more time/product will be required. Permanent Makeup prices include one top up treatment between 5 & 8 weeks from the first treatment.
Booking / Consultation Fee*.We unfortunatly have a number of booking who fail to turn up, we are a business and can't afford to lose time. New Clients and Consultations will be required to pay a £50 booking fee. For free consultations your £50 will be refunded in cash when you attend for your consultation. For new clients, the booking fee will be deducted from your final invoice when you have had your treatment. Please note for Botox you will need to attend for your medical check with my prescriber before treatment in order to assess if you are suitable for Botulinum Treatment. Under no circumstances will the booking fee be refunded or transferred if you cancel your booking less than 48 hrs before the appointment The fee cannot be transferred to another date. We are sorry to be firm with this but we have expenses to meet and have increasing amounts of last minute cancellations and no shows.
Credit/Debit Cards**. You Can pay by Cash, Bank Transfer or Card. Payment by Bank Transfer must be paid in full prior to treatment. Cash may be paid on the day of treatment. Payment with Credit/Debit cards can be paid on the day. All clients will receive a receipt for their treatments. Please note:- In some areas where salons/clinics are located it may not be possible to pay by card if there is poor internet or phone signal. Alternative arrangements for payment will be made.
Terms & Conditions.
For All Permanent Makeup Treatments. Payment for appointment time will be charged for in full if you fail to arrive for your appointment or have not cancelled by text within the pre-determined time.
It is with regret that I have had to make a clear and simple cancellation policy because I am finding that a limited number of my clients are failing to meet their appointment or are arriving too late for the procedures to be carried out. I have had several clients who have claimed to have cancelled their appointments but I have not received their messages. This has caused some difficulty which I wish to avoid. It is unfair on my other clients to be kept waiting because I are running behind schedule.
A Booking Fee of £50 may be taken when booking the appointment. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or card. If you need to re schedule your appointment this must be done at least 3 days in advance. Booking Fees cannot be transferred to other treatments. All appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel at this stage your booking fee/payment will be lost. Please cancel by text or speak to me in person so there is no misunderstanding about missed phone calls. Messages left by phone or messages on facebook may not be picked up and I do not accept them a suitable method for taking cancelations. Failure to cancel your appointment in the pre-determined way may result in the issuing of an invoice for full payment for the missed appointment. Retouch and second appointments will also be charged for at full price to cover my lost time and revenue. I reserve the right to refuse further appointments. I have expenses to meet at every salon & clinic where I work regardless of whether my clients turn up or not.
I hope that this makes my appointment system run more smoothly and there is no misunderstanding in future.
